From a very young age, Lenny has always had a passion for building and always aimed to make it a career. Lenny followed his passion and got an apprenticeship with a local building company which gave him the foundation and understanding of a wide range of building techniques, while qualifying in Level 3 NVQ Trowel Occupation.
Lenny progressed from this and joined a bigger company where he learnt management skills and improve his knowledge. With an end goal always being running his own company, Lenny then moved on to a very reputable and highly regarded building company to refine his skills. With all of the knowledge and expertise he has gained from his wide range of experiences, Lenny went on to form L J Birmingham Ltd.
Since that the sky has been the limit, going from strength to strength in the industry and building a strong customer base with many repeat customers and lasting relationships. L J Birmingham Building Contractors gain a large number of their clients through word-of-mouth, which is a perfect indicator of the quality of the work produced.
In recent years as the company has grown, Lenny has employed other reputable tradesmen and built strong relationships with reliable subcontractors in order to continue to provide the excellent, high quality work. They all pride themselves on completing work at the highest possible standard - Work that is built to last!
